Met league: 2025/26 overall season results round-up
The fifth and final Met League cross country race of the 2025/26 winter season at Trent Park was cancelled due to the course being waterlogged and flooded in places. Therefore the final standings for the season have been based on the cumulative results from all of the first four races.
Massive congratulations to Joshua Maiden (MU13) and Cora Naylor (Junior Women) for both winning the league in their age categories.
The U13 boys team and the Junior Men’s team both placed second overall for the season with the Junior Women’s team achieving third place. Well done to all athletes who participated and contributed points towards these strong team results.Special mentions to the athletes below who also placed in the top 10 in their categories:

The Senior Men’s team placed 5th overall in division 2 at the end of the season, and so will stay in this division next season, with the Senior Women’s team joining them in division 2 due to their diminished team leading to a low scoring season.
Well done to the veteran men who placed second overall veteran team in the division.
