Nominations for election to the Committee are welcome and encouraged. These should be received in writing by no later than 10^th June 2026 – secretary@hertsphoenix.com

We are looking to fill the following roles:

Please consider if you could fulfil one of these roles and contribute to the future of the club.

All nominations should include the name of the sponsor and the seconder, plus an indication that the nominee (he/she must be a fully paid-up member) is willing to stand, and the office for which they are being nominated.

Please note that there are a number of other important appointments that are made by the Committee: Membership secretary (currently Adrian Newman – who would like to stand down),Welfare Officers (currently Claire Wake), Competitions Coordinator (currently Stuart Broadhead), Officials Coordinator (currently Stuart Meakins), Coaching Coordinator – vacant, Web-site Editor, (Fuat Fuat) Press Officer (currently Phil Rizzo), Team Managers and Coaches. Details are given on the Club website (www.hertsphoenix.com) under ‘Committee’.

The Committee also has the power to co-opt others to sit on the Committee on a temporary or permanent basis, and with no specific responsibilities. If there are any members who wish to be considered for this, please let me know by the AGM.

Notice of proposed alterations to the Constitution (see website) or other items for consideration at the AGM must have been received in writing by me at least 14 days before the meeting. (secretary@hertsphoenix.com)

All interested persons are invited to attend the meeting, although only fully paid-up members of the Club aged 16 years and over are eligible to vote.
